    Dear All:
I'm developing a multifunction driver for wlan nic and
    uart driver.
How to share one PCI configuration between two separate
    driver.

Thank you for your help in advance.
    Regards

Are you saying you have a PCI single-function device that actually has
two functions, i.e. WLAN and UART?

AFAIK, Windows won't let you install two drivers for the same
(single-function) PCI device. Thus, I suggest you write a WDM driver
capable of both WLAN and UART and then write an NDIS-WDM driver and
some serial-WDM driver that sit on top of the device's WDM driver.

    Walter probably knows better...
