Can I have more than one library on WMP, so I can keep my and my wife's music
    collections separate?

The only way to get separate libraries is to create a new user account
in Control Panel. This may seem inconvenient at first, but with Fast
User Switching, it should be alright.

If you don't like the idea of separate accounts, why not have "His" and
"Hers" play lists. As soon as you add music to the library, add it to the
correct play list, and then from that play list you can add the songs to
other play lists. The only drawback I can see is if you both make extensive
    use of play lists already.
