Must click twice (not double-click) on some links to open them

    Sometimes when I click on a link (say, to another URL) IE7 does not open up
    the link's url until I click on the link a second time.

    When I click on links in the Event Viewer's "Event Properties" box, I am
    presented with the confirmation "Event Viewer will send the following
    information...". However when I click on the Yes button, the confirmation box
    closes, but Help and Support does not appear. If I click on the link a second
    time, the confirmation box will again appear. This time when I click on Yes,
    Help and Support does open.
