I just downloaded the latest version Firefox and it still gives the same
    error as IE8.

    Bruce,

Very Interesting message from Microsoft. About a year ago the identical
problem with my.msn showed up and the response from Microsoft was the same
as this. If I had kept that message I would bet it is identical, word for
word. In other words, something got screwed up and Microsoft is trying to
    figure how to correct it.

Don't you just hate canned responses (except, when they come from
    MVPs)?

It's getting even more interesting. After re-boot this morning I ran Firefox
and it put me on my.msn but it wasn't "my" page. Just a lot of random sets.
Normally, you have to be signed in to access the my.msn page. The right hand
corner had the "sign in" button which meant I wasn't signed in. I clicked on
that to sign in and it put me back with the login error again.

MSN admitted they have an issue and are pursuing it. No estimate of a fix
    date.

I guess maybe they are going backwards as now I can't
get My Msn to come up on either Browser on my Machine
that has IE8. However, everything is normal on the machine
    that has IE7!

I wonder if this has something to do with the
http://moneycentral.msn.com/stock_portfolio going to a new, huge downgrade
November 1st? They don't appear to have any connection other than they both
use Windows or Hotmail or whatever password they are also screwing around
    with now?

I can't get it to come up at all now on the machine with IE8 but
it's still working OK on my backup machine which has IE7?

They're just screwing it up more before they fix it.

That's if they are fixing it. I am beginning to wonder with this long a
    time.
