"My Pictures" folder became renamed to "Administrator's Pictures"

I wanted to put the folder on the desktop because I wanted to reduce the
steps of getting to it so I moved it to the desk top. THEN, I realized that
all I needed to do was create a shortcut on the desktop (duh). So, I wanted
to put it back into the "My Documents " Folder and I found that the picture
folder had renamed itself as "Administrator's Pictures" and I can't rename
the folder back to "My Pictures" no matter what I try. The "Windows Media
Center" program can not find the "my pictures" file which I created and can
not show the slide presentations. I've tried to remake a folder in the "My
documents" folder complete with the icon but "Media Center" still can not
find it. I still have the "Administrator's Pictures" file on my desktop. How
can I get a "My Pictures" folder back in the MY Documents folder with all the
special features that "My Pictures" folder has to connect with what ever
programs expect it to be there? Help.
