need help my laptop wont let me rip Cd's

    Hi im fairly new to vista tips so if you have any info i need to have in order to post anything feel free to tell me
    Anyway my problem is that i have windows 7 Hp laptop that wont let me rip CD's.*Every time i try to it says "windows media player cannot access the file. The file might be in use you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored or proxy settings might not be correct" ive tried over and over to rip music but it wont let me please someone help
