Network Adapter - Address is a null address issue.

    This issue concerns a new Virtual PC setup.

    When I start up my Virtual PC console and start a virtual machine, I see the
    following message - "The network adapter with address "00:00:00:00:00:00" of
    virtual machine "New Virtual Machine" failed to initialize because the
    address is a null address."

    I have run the Install.bat in "Utility" folder, but same issue persists.
