Network Center Should Have a Tab to Show Network Locations.

Hi, I very much feel that Network Center should have a tab on it's left hand
pane in order to open/view network locations. (Thereby transforming Network
Center into a true network center - a central location from which all
networking related tasks can be accomplished).

To be specific, by this I mean that when you click start->networking this
should open an instance of Networking Center and that Networking Center
should be the primary point of access from which all network locations are
reached. All this requires is that a small tab be included on the left-hand
options pane in Networking Center called 'view networks.' This would perform
the same task that clicking Start->Network currently performs.

While I have submitted this request before (although not on this forum) I
have also taken the liberty in this instance of including a screenshot of how
this might look in practice. Please note the new option on the left hand pane
of Network Center in the screenshot.

I simply think that since Networking center is such a new and important
feature, that it should be highlighted at every possible opportunity and also
that since it is an overall very useful facility that it is unfortunate that
it is not yet possible to accomplish all networking related tasks when
    working from within it.

Such a useful feature should be promoted and highlighted and in order to be
a real networking center it should be possible to accomplish all networking
related tasks when using it. It would also serve to eliminate yet one more
unnecessary screen/window and thereby to reduce some clutter.

As I have said previously also, the ability to browse the network and bypass
networking center should still be possible via the normal explorer view. So
users who may take a disliking to network center can still have a choice.
