    Hy all,

After having shut down an old Windows 2000 server that was member (not
ad-controller) of my domain, my whole network slowed down.

Tried the masterbrowser reg-hack, without any luck.

    Any ideas ?

Were any services list DNS or WINS running on that machine? Or perhaps was
it setup to be a gateway or other type of dependancy on the network. If you
turn it back on - does slowness go away?
