I created two new users this morning, one created an exchange mailbox fine,
the other does not show up in exchange system manager and can't be accessed.
What could be the cause of this?

  2. Well it does sometimes take a min or two for them to be seen

Did you create them with the Wizard.
If so do they appear now?

I'd try deleting them and recreating them with the wizard.
I've only seen this once, but it did happen.
(I figured it was a 1 time glitch.)

It used to be a gliche in pre Exchange 2003 SP1 days............ You did you
use the wizard to create the user accounts didn't you? Were you prompted on
both accounts and did you verify the email account information for both
accounts were there during the process?

Yeah, I deleted him from the AD, and recreated him using the AD's new user
wizard. I then went to lunch and when I returned he still wasn't in there.
So I guess I need to restart, but maybe I can restart a service? Maybe
    restart the exchange services?
