No ASPI Manager found.

    Running Vista Ultimate with Pentium 4 Processer. Installed a TV Tuner and
    when I go to burn a disc I get " No ASPI manager found". No DVD Drives show,
    but they are recognized when I do other burning tasks. Please advise.
