No Exchange Mailbox Created

  1. Hey gang... your friendly neighborhood Nerd here...

    I have a client where I remotley created a new user this morning and the
    site only uses exchange for Public Folders (Calendar Sharing). Odd as this
    has never happened before, but the new user did not get an Exchange mailbox
    created when the user account was created.

    Any ideas or suggestions? I have already deleted the account and recreated
    it with no success.

  2. Hi Ron,

    First, are you *sure* ;-) ? Try logging onto OWA as the new user.

    If the mailbox isn't there; did you create the user with the SBS Add User
    Wizard (rather than in ADUC)? Also, what service pack level is Exchange? SP1
    contains fixes for mailboxes not being created.
