No longer syncs automatically when I make changes

    My mobile device (HP Jornada 565)no longer auto syncs when
    I make a change or add something (like a new contact or
    appointment) to Outlook. It used to do this anytime I made
    a change as long as the device was in the usb cradle...
    and it is. Also, for the record. I've checked my settings
    and they are seemingly correct. Anybody run into this?

    Hello Matt,

    On your computer open Activesync -> Tools -> Options->Schedule tab -> verify
    if the "When connected to my PC" option is set to Continuous. In addition,
    have you tried installing ActiveSync 3.7.1?
