I have an older NT 4 machine with Media Player 6.4. When I put in a new CD it reads the DATA on the cd (the video, screen savers etc) but won't play the music. The CD's are originals. CD Rom plays older CD's wihtout multiple data types (music only). I assume it's written in some sort of security feature to keep from being read by a ROM then copied but I can't even play it. Is this a problem with the older CD ROM or can it be fixed by with software (upgrading media player or WinAMP)?
