I have WMP 11 on my Gateway Laptop, an WMP is my default player, so when I
click on a video to watch, that I have transferred from my digital camera,
onto my laptop, wmp pops up, and I can hear the audio fine, but there is
never any video. An "acquiring codec" pops up, then "codec acquired" right
after that pops up. Most the photos will show up ok, but not all, sometimes
a white space just shows up. So I usually have to to click on another
program to be able to see my videos, usually Quicktime works ok, or even
iTunes. But I want to use Windows Music Player. I have Windows XP,
Service Pak 2. My camera is a Kodak Easy Share. Thank you to anyone who may
have a suggestion or two. Cathi
