No video when playing media from inside outlook

    Hi, I have a problem when I try to play video clips from
    inside outlook. Windows Media starts and I hear sound but
    no Video is displayed. I have Windows 2000/sp4 and all
    sec patches, Office 2000 with all patches and Windows
    Media Player 9.

    Should I remove WM 9.0?
