    I INSTALLED NORTON SW AND NOW GET THE ERROR MESSAGE "OE:0187:BFF8E64B". SYMANTEC (NORTON) HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. hAS ANYONE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE? hOW RESOLVED?
