    SBS2K3?

Admistrative tools => Active Directory Users and
Computers => Right click on the offending user profile
select "Properties" => "Member Of" tab => remove the
group Internet Users from the profile.

This is from memory so test it out first...
I think that's all you need to do.

able to use internet explorer, is this setup as a group
policy? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

  2. Unfortunately, the Internet Users group is only used in Premium (ISA
installed). With isa, this is an easy configuration change to make.

Denying users access isn't real easy with Standard. Some options that come
    to mind are:

    a) filter in basic firewall (RRAS) by ip address - but that's not filtering
by user. So the user could go to another box.
    b) group policy - this is almost certainly doable, but I don't know the
    steps off hand.

  3. Email and Internet Usage Policy
Write one up, make them sign it and fire them if they dont comply
