Not junk returning to junk everyday...

    Good morning. I think when a new mail comes and goes to junk folder, when I
    click in "Not Junk" icon, it should not go to the junk folder again. Is
    that right? But that is not what happens here. There are mails always
    going to junk folder no matter how many times I click in "Not Junk" icon.

    Is that a bug, or am I wrong somehow?

    I think you'll find that the "Not junk" option applies to that message
    alone, not the sender or the sender's domain. Next time, right-click on the
    message wrongly filtered out as junk and select Junk mail. There you have a
    number of options that should enable you to classify mail to your wishes.

    this happens to me often. intuitively you would think that saying its not
    junk
    would teach the program not to put it in the junk folder again. but it
    doesn't.
    the junk filter has become less reliable in the last 10 days.
