MS has a tool called IISMTSetup that is supposed to be useful to migrate a
web site from an NT 4.0 system to a 2003 system

Have downloaded and installed the tool, but their is no info on how to
    actually run it. Any ideas?

  2. Hi Ed,

    Thanks for your posting here.

After you install the IIS 6.0 Migration Tool, you can refer to the IIS 6.0
Migration Tool User Guide (the IIS6MigrationToolUserGuide.doc file in the
    Program Files\IIS Resources\IIS 6.0 Migration Tool folder).

    Have a nice day!
