I have a customer that we are going to move from nt4 pdc to win 2003 adc.
New PC coming in, old PC going out.

I it as simple as installing Win 2003 server on a new PC as a DC in the
current NT domain. Then shut down the NT4 Server and dcpromo the Win 2003
server to AD, then rename the server to the old NT4 servers Name(I
understand that 2003 server you can rename the computer even when it's a
    Active Driectory Primary Controller.)
Will it replicate all the Domian users, automatically?
    (Too many to reenter)
    TIA
