on which dns i create a records for my sites

    Hi..

    I know how configure Host name Header in the iis with the
    dns this is if i want to install multiple sites on the
    same server and at same ip addrss , i know to configure
    this configuration just on my intranet and i try this and
    it's work fine.
    But my question IS:
    IF i installing on my server iis 6.0 version with dns on
    the same server (windows 2003 server),with public ip
    address ,this server available on the internet all the
    time (24/7)...AND i want to install on this server
    multiple sites with the same ip address, i know how to
    configure this on iis and dns(just if this scenario on
    the intranet),But i don't know where i create this
    records, on which dns server on the big isp dns or
    where!!!if these sites will available on internet !!! i
    don't know .
    this records
    for Example site1.sites.com to 222.222.222.222 ,
    site2.sites.com to 222.222.222.222 ,And site3.sites.com
    222.222.222.222

    You create the records on the DNS server that is Authoritative for the
    public domain name.
