"One or more codecs required to play the file could not be found"

    I tried to play some music and that message came up. The "Web Help" button
    did not help one bit and it just gives me a list of plugins to download, none
    of whicg work. Anybody have any suggestions?

    Yes..Ask the poster of the file what codecs were used..
