One user cannot send outbound e-mail anymore

    This is on an SBS2K3 installation. After working for a
    couple of months with no problem, suddenly one user can
    no longer send outbound e-mail, while everyone else still
    can. All her attempts are immediately returned to her as
    System Undeliverables with the following notation:

    "You do not have permission to send to this recipient.
    For assistance, contact your system administrator.
    <KOLSERVER.kil.local #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1
    <> ... Access denied>"

    The user is the company owner and has full Administrator
    template rights.

    I have not been able to figure-out what's gone wrong.
    Any ideas?
