Only one user cannot see shared Contacts - Says its a network erro

    We have a shared contact list on the SBS that we all (8 users) can see and
    edit. All of the sudden about a day ago one user clicks it and gets the
    following message

    "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the
    specified folder location. Network problems are preventing connection to the
    Microsoft Exchange Server Computer."

    Everything else seems to be working just fine for him. I poked around but
    with no avail. Where and What should I look for, Thanks

  2. It's a public folder, yes?
    Try creating a new mail profile for this user & test again.
    If not, check the permissions on the PF.

    It is a public folder and all of the permissions seem just fine. I will give
    the mail profile a shot when I have time later.

  4. Is he still receiving incoming e-mails normally? If not, check the Work
    Offline on the Outlook File menu - if it's checked, that would explain that
    error message.

    Currently his Email and Calender are working just fine.
