    Hi,

Southwest Airlines offers Ding!, a low-fare alert utility that users load
onto their desktops and that notifies the user of special fare promotions.
One of my SBS Premium users wants to install this, but I said no, arguing
that anything that permanently opens an inbound channel through the firewall
    is not a good thing.

Am I being too conservative about this?
