Outlook 2003 not printing headers - HTML printing problem.

Discussion in 'Internet Explorer' started by Jason Folkman, Nov 13, 2006.

  1. I know this has been posted before but I am not seeing any solutions so I am
    posting again.

Since upgrading to IE7 workstations are having problems printing email
Header information (and sometimes content) from Outlook 2003. This is
happening on a wide variety of printers and workstations. If I uninstall IE7
    the problem goes away.

We would like to use IE7 but this is causing me to downgrade workstations,
people want their email print outs to contain who they sent the email to, the
    date, etc...

MS please respond to this and help us implement and support IE 7.

    Thanks,

  2. MS doesn't respond here. This is peer to peer support.

I don't think we've figured this out yet. It seems to also affect OE, but
not all messages (at least for some people). We're still investigating, but
so far I haven't been able to reproduce it.

If you don't want to keep checking here or can't wait, uninstall Windows
Internet Explorer 7 from Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs.

    Thanks Frank,

I did find that to be the only way to really fix the problem. I have some
workstations that do not have the issue at all and then a rash of others that
    all do.

    Thanks,
