For a one-off effort like this one, it's not worth buying one of the nice
but expensive utilities to do it. You can just open the .pst file, expand it
then drag/drop entire folder content from any .pst file folder to an
exchange mailbox folder. Depending on the size of the folder, it may take a
while, but the whole process can be done in minutes rather than hours.

  3. CO is right it is easier to just attach it to outlook then put it where it
    belongs.
Why did I confirm what CO said?
Because I did not wanted you to be thrown off by "For a one-off effort like

it." exmerge is part of exchange I am sure it was just a slip up.
One more thing since you are using exmerge you may actually check to make
sure that the data was not already imported (you may not be able to see them
because of permisions), check folders size (in Server Manager), or give more
info as how you are your errors, under what account are you running exmerge,
    etc...
