    Gurus,

Has anyone noticed after you install IE8 that Outlook Express will
continually prompt for the Hotmail password? Even when you input the
correct password it still thinks it's wrong and keeps prompting you. After
I uninstalled IE8 and went back to IE6 all was well - no more password
prompts. It was very annoying to have OE keep prompting me for the Hotmail
account password after the upgrade. It wouldn't take the password which
worked thirty seconds later on the Hotmail web site. This annoying prompt
disappeared after I downgraded and please note I changed NOTHING in the OE
settings either before or after the upgrade. Running Windows XP SP3.
