Outlook Junk Mail Filter detected but outlook not installed

    We have several 2K3 Std servers with partial Office 2K3 installations -
    Excel, Access. Outlook is NOT installed on these machines.
    Our issue is the Outlook Junk Mail Filter updates appear every month as
    "Needed" status in WSUS and on the machine when approved.

    Has anybody else encountered this behaviour?
    MVP's - Is it correct behaviour even though Outlook 2003 is not installed?
