    Hello all.

User has a pesonal folder and it's bolded. Also has a blue (1) next to it
but I don't see anything in it. On the top right of the pane while this
folder is open it says "Filter Applied" with a yellow folder next to it on
the right. The user says that suddenly when she puts emails in there they
dissappear. I can't replicate it. Anyone here have any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Bryce.

  2. A filtered view would be something like a view that shows only unread
messages. The user puts read messages into the folder, and they disappear
because the view filters them out. There are two ways to address views in
Outlook. One is Tools -> Organize. The other is View -> Arrange By ->
Current View -> Customize Current View. Click Filter, then Clear All.

Thanks a million Dave. I'm sure that is what it is obviously. I'll check
    that in the morning.
