    Hi
Outlook 2007 with SBS 2003 prem and Exchange 2003.

The user defined fields are still shown in Outlook, but the values are gone.
Any suggestions on how to retrieve this data?

    Thanks

  2. Hi Drew:

Can you give more information? Any error messages? Any events in the logs,
either on the server or on the workstation? All users or just one? What
    changed just before this happened?

Can you give an example of what is missing? What information are you
keeping in user defined fields, and in which module of Outlook?

    Hi
    The user has Outlook 2007.
What changed just before this happened? The user logged onto another PC with
    Outlook 2003.
What information are you keeping in user defined fields. e.g Field: Salary.
    Value: 20,000.
All users or just one? The single User.

    Hope this info helps.

I think you should take this question to an Outlook or Exchange group. No
need to mention SBS, as it just confuses them. Outlook and Exchange are the
same, but while those folks will be very good at those products, they will
"assume" that SBS introduces something into the mix when it does not.
