over&over&over

    819696: automatic update and web update : 9 times and the
    automatic is trying to download it for the tenth time!
    All marked successfully installed.
    Around the 8th, I checked and it wasn't installed, so I
    downloaded manually and installed it. But Windows update
    still has it available and wants to forcefeed it.
    How can I break the loop? The other patches work.
