Packet Schedular

    Does anybody know what QoS Packet Schedular is and why
    does it interfere so much with the sound on MSN
    Messenger.If I delete it will it affect anything else on
    my computer.

    The QoS Packet Scheduler alters packets so that those would are coded in a certain manner are
    considered more "urgent" than others. With some NICs and routers, this isn't properly
    interpreted and you may experience difficulties with sound and video.

    Turning it off or removing it will do nothing to affect your PC.
