I have a new HP Proliant DL185 with 12 - 1 TB hard drives. On setup of
WIndows Server 2003 Std I created a 90 GB partiion for C:. In Windows Disk
    Management I had the 90 GB C:, a 2 TB unallocated and a 9 TB unallocated. I
was able to create a partition on the 2 TB section. The 9 TB unallocated
will not allow me to partion. All options are grayed out. Can anyone tell
me how to get this working? I need to be able to use the rest of this space.

  4. My understanding is that HP Proliant comes with 4 disks. So if you have a
RAID 5, it means you might be using 3 disks. I am thinking, andf I may be
wrong that the 9TB might be part of your current RAID configuration? that is
why it is not lettign you edit.. Try install HP server administrator and
login to verify your raid configuration
