I have Windows Media Centre Edition 2004 and when i go to insert passwords
either on the login screen or on the internet the password is displayed as a
series of hollow squares rather than the usual black circles/dots. Can
    anyone help me with this?

Also does anyone else have a media centre 2004 machine from Mesh Computers
and have a problem upgrading to MCE 2005.

  2. Sounds like you might be missing one of the key system fonts.

Do you know which fonts are missing?

  4. Sorry, no I don't. If you can find a friend with Win XP, you might want
to ask them to copy their "fonts" directory onto a CD for you. Then
just copy that onto your PC.
