    Strange request this....
but does anyone have a driver that can keep the power on to a PCMCIA cooler
    external fan.

This device works under 95/98 as the PCMCIA power seems to be on at all
    times.

But in Win2k the power is off unless a driver interacts with the device.

Therefore PCMCIA cooler has no power - and my development laptop overheats
    the LAN card.

    Thanks

Please post the INF file for win98 (does this cooler have an INF file?).
We'll see how to make it work in win2k.

It seems, this thing just does not have CIS (no any driver or INF at all).
It could work with 16-bit host controllers under win95,
    that always supply 5V power.

    Hi,

    There is no INF file.

Product is called JustCooler also known by other names

Seems to work in fairly new laptops that runWin95/98, Not Wk2 or XP

When first inserted into PCMCIA slot it powers up for a second or two
    moment, and then powers off.
