The picture of the error is located here -- Large View on Flickr for
    the error:

I have never received this blue screen before until I installed
TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 and tried to burn to a DVD.

When making a DVD, I go through the whole process and get to the point
to burn to DVD. It doesn't give me the option to save to the computer
and then burn to the disc.

When it burns to the disc, it starts okay and then I get the above
    blue screen.

What steps should I take to try to rectify this issue?

Every forum I read on this topic keeps pointing to this link - but
right now after reading it so many times, I'm not understanding what I
have to do make the software work correctly with my system/drivers.

    Thanks in Advance.
    Christine.
