Phishing filter cannot check this website because............

    I am using 7.0.5730.11, XP SP2.
    I have tried uninstalling and re-installing. Still can't fix it.
    There are no Google search answers either. Please help.

    try this:
    Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> Reset button
