Phishing filter cannot function,help me.

    The Phishing filter always indicate:phishing Filter cannot check this
    website because the Microsoft online service is temporarily
    unavailable.I do everything i can, but things no change.thanks.

    I found the solution in another newsgroup.
    The problem is if you change the default folder for temporary files. I put
    on the default folder another one time, and everything it´s fine now,
