Please check Explorer 7 with RoboHelp HTML compiled help files.

It appears that the installation of Explorer 7 Beta is preventing some links
from being followed from the TOC of a compiled RoboHelp (.chm) project. A
'normal' TOC entry referring to an HTML file works but it seems like a link
to an internal 'bookmark' in an HTML file fails. For example, direct to
'Help.htm' works but 'Help.htm#Page2' does not.

The same help file works perfectly well using Explorer 6.

It may be some obscure security setting but I can't find it and I couldn't
find any reference to Explorer 7 on the Adobe/Maromedia/RoboHelp site at all.
