PLEASE HELP MSN MAIN PAGE WONT CLOSE UNLESS I CLOSE EVERYTHING ELS

when im on msn i cant go on anything else unless i close the msn main page or
minimize it.. can someone help me please it never use to do this

1. It's hard to tell, but you appear to have an inquiry about Microsoft
Internet Access and a web browser, but this is a group for MSN instant
messenger inquiries. You should probably try the
microsoft.public.msn.dialup or microsoft.public.msn.discussion group.

2. You don't indicate which browser you are using. IF you are using the
MSN Explorer browser your issue might be related to that application's
use to establish and close a dial up networking connection. I don't know
if MSN ever implemented the policy some other dial up providers had to
make sure subscribers we viewing the ISP sponsor's advertisements.
