    Hi!
I fear that I might be missing something here. A couple of nights ago my
computer has been bombarded with pop ups and my popup b;locker is on and
running. They claim that my computer has 233 whatever of spyware and they
want me to download their WinAntiVirus Pro 2006 for free. So I wanted to come
to Microsoft and search to see if it was their product or a scam. Well I
typed in http://www.microsoft.com and I never reach Microsofts home page. I
was brought to a different site that had Microsofts title in Explorers title
bar, but it said www.microsoft.com and it was a brown site. How do I get the
popups to stop and how do I contact Microsoft to imform them of a fake site
    in their name?

I forgot to say that WinAntiVirus Pro 2006 is considered by some to be rogue
software because it is frequently put on PC's by trojans along with other
    malware.
