    Hi,

    I am using SBS 2003 R2.

    1. I have installed it without the Exchange services in a first time.
    2. I have created several user accounts
    3. I have installed Exchange Services.
    4. I have created other user accounts.

My problem is that only user accounts created after the Exchange
Services installation are populated with the right email address.

For the users created before the exchange installation, the email
    address is blank.

Is it possible to fill the email address automatically for each users
    ?

    Another little question ;-)
Is it possible to change the creation of email address using the format
First letter of the name and last name @ domain.com
    I prefere instead of

    Thank you

  2. Hello Pascal,

    Thank you for posting here.

According to your description, I understand that you want to establish
mailbox for the user account that created before you install Exchange on
SBS. If I have misunderstood the problem, please don't hesitate to let me
    know.

Based on my research, if the user account do not have exchange mailbox, it
will do not have email address automatically. I suggest we try the
following steps to see if we can resolve this issue:

    1. On SBS, please open the Server Management console

    2. Extend Advanced Management->Active Directory Users and
    Computers->SBSdomain.local->MyBusiness->Users->SBSUsers

    3. Locate on the user account in right pane. Right click it, select
    Exchange Tasks

    4. Select Create Mailbox, click Next,

    5. Input Alias, click Next.

Note: If you want to make the use account have mailbox address like the
, please input pascal.dubois as the alias.

    6. Finish the wizard.

Hope these steps will give you some help.

Thanks and have a nice day!

    Best regards,
