Due to a lsass.exe error after rebooting a Win 2003 SP1 server I had to use
the last known good configuration option to resolve the issue, as I could not
even login to the server as it just kept rebooting at Ctrl+alt+Del stage.

After making some repairs the server is now functioning normally, but the
server was only 3 weeks old and I'm afraid of something similar occuring
    after the next reboot.

Can anyone advise of any checks or things I should do after using the last
known good configuration option? As this option is primarily focused on
reverting to previous known good drivers and registry keys maybe something
    related to this?

    All advice appreciated.
