Printer installs on print server and client but errors on print?

Hi,

Installed a printer on a Windows 2003 R2 x86 server and it is listed in
the print management console (and is communicating with the actual
printer as it reports "toner low"). I can also install it on an XP
client by browsing the directory, but when I try a test page from
either the server or the client I get "Document failed to print" and it
sits in the print queue with "error." Nothing in the event log except
when I delete the job. Authenticated users have print and document
manage rights. Other printers on the same server work OK.

Where else can I look for the source of the error?
