    Hi.

I have started a migration between two forests migrating a security group
using ADMT v2 to initate the SID History migration feature (this is between a
Windows 2000 Domain to Windows 2003 Domain).

I use the Microsofts "Restructuring Active Directory Domains Between
Forests" GUIDE and this is link is where in the chain the problem is
    encountered.

    http://www.microsoft.com/resources/...003/all/deployguide/en-us/dssbi_reer_ocge.asp

The acctual problem is that when I am authenticate and press next the
    following error message displays:

    error message:
"Either the source domain's primary domain controller (PDC) has not been
re-started after setting the TcpipClientSupport registry key to 1 or the PDC
    could not be contacted."

I have restarted the PDC and checked that registry key is there. Name
resolution is no problem and the trust is working fine. I have a Two-way
forest trust and SID filtering is Off both ways.

I have followed the GUIDE as close as it can be done. I have no clues what
    to do!!!
I have checked the following link, but no news there either
http://www.mcse.ms/message557449.html. I seem to be the only one stuck with
    this problem.

    ANYONE!?!

    Regards,
    JimmyM
