    Hello

I've just found that should one change the size of the first-leter of a
pseudo-element the letter moves to the right as the size gets greater. And
there is the problem with the first-line. I've tried it with different id
methods but have not been able to get the browser to respond to the rule. Is
the a proble that some one else has experienced? Thanks for any help :-&

    Hi Jim,

Do you have a sample page we can view? Are you specifying a font
face?(proportional fonts may add white space to the sides as the sides
increase). What is your IE Font settings. What is your screen resolution
(DPI-x and DPI-y aren't necessarily the same on some of the new widescreens,
zooming the page will reveal if these settings are proportional)

    Regards.
