Problem with playing videos with Windows Media Player fro BigBroth

    Thank you for your reply. Do you mean that the error ID of my problem is
    C00D10B3? I do not know where can i find the error ID of my problem. Can you
    enlighten me.

  3. Yes the error message was C00D10B3.
    I simply copied and pasted the error and included my
    version of media player which is now 9.00.00.2980.
    Please help?
