This is the situation.I have a one domain with multiply site.In one site i
have to demote one DC(in every site i have a two DC).After that server which
is left on site is establish connection with First DC in main site who is
RID master,Infrastructure master and so on except PDC emulator. After that i
delete connection between second server in main site (PDC emulator) and
server which is left in a site where i demote one DC.Now i have this
    situation:

  2. This sounds like an Active Directory replication problem. You might
    want to try posting to
    microsoft.public.windows.server.active_directory.

Note that on DCs there are two kinds of replication happening. One is
AD and the other is SYSVOL. SYSVOL replication (files) is handled by
    FRS.

Please post FRS related questions to
microsoft.public.windows.server.dfs_frs and prefix the subject line
with "FRS:" to make it easier to spot. Note that FRS is used to
replicate SYSVOL on domain controllers and DFS root and link targets.

For additional FRS resources, please visit
    http://www.microsoft.com/frs.
